I think the folks at the cafes nearby fall in that studenty and professional demographic, definitely, and decaf still has 5% to 10% of the caffeine, so anyone with a sensitivity can't drink it. But wasn't it once a thing for middle-aged folks trying to cut back? I seem to remember that from my childhood.... M.
