Aha! You know, we eat a lot of Chinese food, but mostly Cantonese--none of the spicy northern flavors. This sounds like a great experiment--thanks.

I *adore* that stage in the writing process when you're getting to know the characters and working through the plot and every life is a distraction from the fictional daydreaming you want to do. :) M.
