Seasonal musings....

Folks, I am amused that a full 60% of flisters responding to last week's poll indicated that they were either an INTROVERT! or Mostly an introvert, with occasional social moments. I'm sure fandom skews introverted generally, but have I unknowingly befriended a particularly introverted group of you? For the record, 27% of you feel you are a combination of introvert and extrovert, 9% of you indicated that you were Mostly an extrovert, with occasional solitary moments, and only one person clicked on EXTROVERT! We have our first signs of fall colors here this week. I grew up in southern California and learned about the seasons in school (leaves! pumpkins! snowmen! daffodils!), but, to be honest, I never really understood them until moving to the east coast. And I'm still not won over. What's wrong with sunny skies and warm weather all the time?

Do the four seasons actually describe the changes in weather, light, foliage, etc. where you live? Do you have a favorite time of year that doesn't fall into the categories listed above?
